Hi, I just recently won an auction on ebay i have a bank account, but for some reason it won’t let me send money and hasn’t been cooperating as of late…I also have negative balance for the second time for some strange reason. Anyway i was just thinking about buying a prepaid credit card from Wal-Mart, and paying the guy, and taking care of my negative balance at the same time. Lets say the item I won is 100$ and the negative balance is 20$ could I bring 120$+ however much for the card to Wal-Mart, purchase the card and enter the card info onto my PayPal account and pay like that? I also read something about monthly fees for prepaid credit card? If i do it this way could i cancel it right after i finish the transaction and not have to pay for the monthly fee?

You kind of ramble there, but yes, MOST prepaid cards can be used on paypal
